Todd Miller

President, Founder

A Western New York native, Todd grew up in Clarence, NY.  He joined the US Navy in the 1986 as a submariner aboard the nuclear ship, USS Buffalo and became a Petty Officer and Electronic Technician First Class. During his tenure, he set up the Navy’s first computer based training lab and taught several engineering and technical courses.  Upon his retirement in 1994 as a Gulf War veteran, Todd decided to use his technical expertise to assist businesses with their IT needs.  He worked for companies such as Strategy.com and Convergys before venturing off to start his own IT firm. Thus, DataSol, Inc. was born. Todd is not just our fearless leader, but he is a technical hands on IT expert.  Whether he is consulting with a client on strategic IT initiatives or diving right into projects with our engineers, he drives the company with passion and expertise. When he’s not at work, he spends his free time woodworking, watching his kids’ sporting events and enjoying time with his wife and family in Western NY.

Dawn Noworyta

Human Resources & Staffing Specialist

Dawn has over fifteen years of experience working in Human Resources and IT. She began her career in sales and marketing for IT training and was a hands on IT support rep in the data warehousing industry. She has since grown to ten years of IT staffing and spent three years serving as the Corporate Human Resources Lead for an IT service provider. She has also staffed for non-IT roles such as engineering, sales, marketing, accounting, and finance and performs various HR duties. Dawn is a native to Western New York. When not sourcing and nurturing our employees and candidates, she volunteers for various college career center programs, and supports local IT organizations. In her off time she enjoys entertaining and spending time with her family.

Ken Nibert

Branch Manager, Technical Services

Ken Nibert is the Branch Manager at Datasol Inc. in Ashburn, VA and leads the national IT services team in customer service excellence.   Ken spent twenty years in the logistics and freight industry in a leadership role. When he is not at work, he spends his time woodworking, riding and fixing his motorcycles as well as engaging new IT technologies, and enjoying time with his wife, two daughters, and granddaughter.

Greg Berner

Systems Support Engineer

Greg joined DataSol’s Technical Services Team in 2016 as a Systems Support Engineer bringing with him over eight years of experience in IT. He supports our national clientele in networking, hardware and software requests. He’s one of the friendly voices you may hear calling into the Support Group. Greg began his career as a Technical Support Rep for an ISP, moved into to designing hardware and software solutions for marketing teams, and eventually ran the Network Operations and Sales Engineering divisions for a digital marketing organization in WNY. He studied Fine Arts at Buffalo State College and Computer Animation at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. When he’s not tackling support issues, you may run into Greg on one of his many hiking adventures throughout the US, Canada or Mexico or kayaking along the local rivers and lakes, paintbrush and canvas in hand.
